Graveler: Yoshiblaze, Pika Xreme
Kababra: Mygavolt, Exploudit
Machoke: Exploudit, Yoshiblaze

Edit: Also, can the next slate please be Pichu, Ivysaur, Squirtle and Jigglypuff? Please?
Well, I wasn't intending for Pokemon that may evolve twice to get an Eternal form, because there's no Flabébé Eternal and because I don't think they would be able to compete with their evolved form's Eternal forms... Myabe we can do them but I don't think it's a good idea, specially since some evolution lines would end up with two Eternal formes, and idk If I want it... Maybe I can do a slate of Ivysaur, Charmeleon, Wartortle and Jigglypuff if you're happy with that

i mean i guess but i'd rather keep the exact smash cast
also, reading the rules over
Eternal Pokémon have the same BST of their Final Evos -1 point
Final Evo, not next stage.

Kadabra: Mygavolt, Exploudit, Yoshiblaze
Machoke: Exploudit, Yoshiblaze, Mygavolt
Graveler: Mygavolt, Yoshiblaze, Pika Xtreme
Haunter: Exploudit, Yoshiblaze, Mygavolt

AND THE WINNERS ARE:

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Kadabra-Eternal
New Type: Psychic/Ice
New Stat distribution: 60 (+20) / 35 / 65 (+35) / 144 (+24) / 80 (+10) / 115 (+10) | 499 BST
Signature Move: Brain Freeze - Ice, Special, 70 BP, 20 PP, 100 Acc, User switches out after attacking
Design/Flavor: Around when the Kalos war begun, a lone Kadabra was preserved through cryogenics and brought back after the war. Traces of the cryogenics still remain in the form of a skin color change to light blue and that its facial hair-like features remain frozen.
Competitive Analysis: Boasts three main perks over Alakazam: higher Special Attack, secondary STAB, and a pivot move. The Speed tier is slightly lower, but that's what Choice Scarf is for. Lack of Focus Blast is kind of a bummer, but its overall coverage is adequate for what it's worth.
Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Graveler-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 55/129(+34)/115/45/45/105(+70)
Signature Move: Stone Slam (Physical Rock. 100 BP. 10 PP. Contact. 20% flinch.)
Design/Flavor (optional): A Graveler trained in the art of fastgoing to chase down those who stole from the temple it resided in. Apparently, its previous owners didn't consider it being stolen itself as a possibility. It is adorned with gold and various jewels.
Competitive Analysis (optional): Finally, a reasonably fast Rock/Ground. Its STAB coverage being excellent should be self-explanatory.

Name:
Haunter-Eternal
New Type: Ghost/Dark
New Stat distribution:
HP:
55 (+10)
Atk: 50
Def: 45
SpA: 133 (+18)
SpD: 88 (+33)
Spe: 133 (+38)
BST: 499 (+99)
Signature Move: Spectrum Bite | Special | Ghost | 90 BP | 10 PP | 90% Acc | Makes Contact | Biting Move | 30% chance to flinch the target
Design/Flavor: Haunter has its mouth even more open and has a much darker color. Its eyes become red.
Competitive Analysis: Really Great Offensive stats, a very neat Signature Move and an Amazing Speed Tier. Opposing Dark-types still haunt it (get it?) but Dazzling Gleam is there for a reason, just like Eternal Kabadra, No Focus Blast :(
Kadabra:
Exploudit: 1 + 2 + 1 + 2 = 6
Mygavolt: 3 + 2 + 3 = 8
Yoshiblaze: 1 + 1 = 2

Machoke:
Exploudit: 1 + 2 + 2 + 3 = 8
Mygavolt: 1 + 1 = 2
Yoshiblaze: 2 + 3 + 1 + 2 = 8

Graveler:
Exploudit: 1 + 2 = 3
Mygavolt: 3 + 1 = 4
Pika Xtreme: 2 + 3 + 1 + 1 = 7
Yoshiblaze: 2 + 2 + 1 = 5

Haunter:
Exploudit: 1 + 2 + 3 = 6
Mygavolt: 1 + 3 = 4
Yoshiblaze: 2 + 1 + 2 = 5

Machoke does require a tiebreaker, so please vote on a tiebreaker as you give slate suggestions!

Mygavolt for tiebreaker.

Slates:
Kanto Signature Pokemon Part 1 - (has some non middle, just LC pokes. ) Staryu, Onix, Pikachu, Gloom
Part 2 - Venonat, Growlithe, Rhyperior
Signature Pokes of Kanto Gym Leaders. Sabrina would be Kadabra, but it has been done.

Mygavolt for tiebreaker.

The tie breaker is between Yoshiblaze and Exploudit...

But I'm voting Exploudit

Charjabug and Nosepass aren't Kanto....

Name:
Charjabug-Eternal
New Type: Bug/Electric
New Stat distribution:
HP:
77 (+20)
Atk: 131 (+49)
Def: 117 (+22)
SpA: 57 (+2)
SpD: 77 (+2)
Spe: 40 (+4)
BST: 499 (+99)
Signature Move: Battery Overload | Physical | Electric | 110 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Makes Contact | Raises user's Attack stat, but also raises foe's Special Attack stat | Charjabug releases all the electric energy stored on its body with a powerful tackle
Design/Flavor: Charjabug gains a very reistant steel-like exoskeleton, making its body color change to a greyish green color. Electricity can be seen flowing on its front and on its back.
Competitive Analysis: Charjabug-E is a powerful wallbreaker, it has an amazing Attack stat and amazing STAB options to back it up. Electric/Bug coverage is pretty good as well, and its okay 77/117/77 bulk allows it to take one hit or two if need be, also, its signature move gives a way to overcome wall without offensive presence, since it can stack up Attack boosts with the aforementioned move. Charjabug-E is not without flaws tho, Battery Overload is an amazing move, but it makes Charja's matchups against special attackers way tougher, not to mention its poor base 77 SpD. Finally, it lacks meaningful coverage, making it quite tricky to use, and its speed is pathetic, making Charjabug-E unable to outspeed most Pokemon.
Charjabug @ Electrium Z / Choice Band
Ability: Battery
EVs: 172 HP / 252 Atk / 84 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Battery Overload
- X-Scissor
- Volt Switch
- Crunch / Poison Jab / Wild Charge

*84 Speed EVs are for base 50s

BST: 524 (+149)
Signature Move: Magnose Strike | Physical | Electric | 90 BP | 10 PP | 100% Acc | Makes Contact | Raises user's Special Defense stat and gains a Magnet Rise effect
Design/Flavor: Its nose grows even bigger and has electric sparks on it as well.
Competitive Analysis: WIP

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Magneton-Eternal
New Type (optional): Electric/Steel
New Stat distribution: 50 / 60 / 100 (+5) / 139 (+19) / 70 / 115 (+45) = 534 BST
Signature Move: Magnetic Field | Electric | -- BP | 100% Acc | 10 PP | Status | Non-Contact | Effect: This Pokemon summons a large magnetic field, attracting the opponent to the user. This causes the opponent to lose their stat boosts, which the user gains. If the target is a Steel-type, they are trapped and cannot switch. (Essentially, the effect of Spectral Thief without damage + Magnet Pull) (Z-Effect: Raises Defense by 1)
Design/Flavor (optional): This specific Magneton has been used for decades as a useful Pokemon for building and electrical repairs. Having a stronger magnetic field than most Magnetons (it's signature move), Magneton-Eternal can attract and place metals of all kinds, making it useful in construction for generations. Due to the ever growing industry, this Magneton almost never catches a break, causing it to live on as industry lives on.
Design-wise, it's a slightly darker shade of gold than Shiny Magneton and has 1 red and 1 blue magnet per Magnemite, all of which are noticeably rusty.
Competitive Analysis (optional): With a good speed, great power, and 3 great abilities, Magneton-Eternal can be a huge threat in the right hands. One can use it as a Choice Speced wallbreaker or Choice Scarfed revenge killer / pivot with Analytic, a trapper with Magnet Pull, or a hilarious check to setup sweepers with Sturdy + Magnetic Field. A lack of coverage is a problem, but with some great power, speed, and variety.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Nosepass-Eternal
New Type (optional): Rock/Psychic
New Stat distribution: 70 (+40) / 65 (+20) / 154 (+19) / 95 (+50) / 120 (+30) / 30 = 524 BST
Signature Move: Relic Rejuvenation | Psychic | 75 BP | 100% Acc | 10 PP | Special | Non-Contact | Effect: This Pokemon releases an ancient energy, draining the power of any life form younger, healing the user in the process by 50% of the damage dealt. This move cannot be used if the user is under the effect of Heal Block. (Z-Effect: Shattered Psyche - 150 BP(?))
(Have stood for hundreds of years)+
=

Competitive Analysis (optional): Nosepass-Eternal is an amazing wall with great 70/154/120 bulk, and good utility in Stealth Rock, Taunt, Magic Coat, and Volt Switch. With these Nosepass-Eternal can utilize good defensive hazard setting, lead, or bulky pivot sets, helped further by gaining semi-reliable recovery in Relic Rejuvenation. Also, Nosepass-Eternal does have some notable resistances, such as Normal and Poison, that let it pair with Pokemon like Tapu Fini or Clefable, who would appreciate something to take an Acid Downpour. Just be sure to watch out for those 7 weaknesses.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Charjabug-Eternal
New Type (optional): Bug/Electric
New Stat distribution: 81 (+24) / 117 (+35) / 120 (+25) / 55 / 90 (+15) / 36 = 499 BST
Signature Move: Full Circuit | Electric | -- BP | --% Acc | 10 PP | Status | Non-Contact | Effect: This Pokemon connects to anything metal, creating a full electrical circuit. The electrical energy heals the Pokemon by 33% of it's maximum HP and raises it's Attack by 1. For the remainder of this turn, this Pokemon is immune to Electric-type moves.(Z-Effect: Raises Attack by 1)
Design/Flavor (optional): Charjabug have always been used, and possibly abused, as batteries in modern times. Some Charjabug are burnt out after awhile, losing their power and have to be healed. This certain Charjabug, owned by an inventor who needs a lot of gizmos powered and can't pay a giant electric bill, has been going for ages, nearly all of the inventor's career of 50 years thus far. Charjabug's who never evolve rarely make it that far, let alone make it to 50 years old while powering machines. The inventor has a son who's interested in inventing, making the Charjabug very useful in the future, and thus it always has a purpose, letting it live.
Design-wise, it's a Charjabug that looks vaguely like a Duracell battery.
Competitive Analysis (optional): With 81/120/90 bulk and a very interesting recovery move in Full Circuit, Charjabug-Eternal is an odd type of bulky sweeper. At first glance, it seems to be one of those walls that happens to have a high Attacking stat, like Avalugg or Sylveon. But, with semi-reliable recovery in Full Circuit that also gives you an Attack boost, against anything you can heal up against, Charjabug-E can become a real problem really quickly, especially against opposing walls who can't take it out before it heals. With good dual STAB option, as well as coverage in Poison Jab, Crunch, and Z-Dig, this little bug can brea through more offensive teams while taking hits.

I can't believe it took me this long to submit for a slate that I suggested. (Translation: I've been tied up in other matters.)

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Magneton-Eternal
New Type: Electric / Fire
New Stat distribution: 55 (+5) / 65 (+5) / 105 (+10) / 125 (+5) / 80 (+10) / 104 (+34) | 534 BST
Signature Move: Triple Point - Fire, Special, 80 BP, 10 PP, 100% Acc | Has a 20% chance to lower target's Special Attack, Special Defense, or Speed by one stage. Only one stat drop can occur at a time.
Design/Flavor: Each unit of its body cycles between white, blue, and red; no two units of its body are ever the same color. The color change is caused by changes in body temperature that, as a downside, cause its body to become less solid. Throughout the ages, it has been relied on thanks to its innate knowledge of boiling and melting points.
Competitive Analysis: Steel trapper with super-effective STAB on (most) Steel-types. It's also fairly fast, and its Fire STAB has an interesting secondary effect.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Nosepass-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 100 (+70) / 49 (+4) / 100 (-35) / 93 (+48) / 100 (+10) / 52 (+22) | 524 BST
Signature Move: Northward Nap - Rock, Other, 10 PP | User recovers 1/2 HP normally; 2/3 HP if user is facing a Steel-type.
Design/Flavor: Facing north is therapeutic for this odd being. Its body is now completely magnetic—in other words, completely red. Its daily routine involves guiding other Pokémon through deserts.
Competitive Analysis: Gains a much-needed improvement in bulk and offense (with a slight touch of Speed), and can make better use of Magnet Pull.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Charjabug-Eternal
New Type: Bug / Steel
New Stat distribution: 79 (+22) / 101 (+19) / 114 (+19) / 75 (+20) / 97 (+22) / 33 (-3) | 499 BST
Signature Move: Disposal - Steel, Physical, 65 BP, 20 PP, 100% Acc | Removes hazards and frees the user from the effects of Leech Seed and binding moves.
Design/Flavor: Although most of its electricity has faded, it is able to thrive solely off of garbage. When the garbage enters its now grayer body, the electricity breaks down the garbage and keeps the spark alive. In other words, it keeps itself alive by keeping the environment clean.
Competitive Analysis: Hey, look, a counterpart of Rapid Spin with no immunities and a somewhat worthwhile damage output. Bug/Steel defensive typing is nice, and so is this thing's bulk, but the main downside is a lack of recovery beyond Rest.

Name of the Eternal Pokémon: Charjabug-Eternal
New Stat distribution: 87(+30)/82/125(+30)/55/105(+30)/45(+9) (499)
Signature Move: Power Drain (Electric-type, basically a Special version of Strength Sap)
Design/Flavor: Has a few more segments, is bigger, its green body is much more saturated in color, its eyes glow white, and it generates a forcefield around itself.
Competitive Analysis: Something vaguely resembling a wall.

alephgalactus

Banned deucer.
Name: Magneton-Eternal
Type: Electric/Steel
Base Stats: 60 (+10) / 60 / 95 / 145 (+25) / 80 (+10) / 94 (+24) Total: 534 (+69)
Signature Move: Particle Cannon - Steel, Special, 120 BP, 5 PP, 100% Acc | Has a 10% chance to burn, 10% chance to paralyze and 10% chance to badly poison the target.
Design/Flavor: An advanced ancient civilization modified a Magneton to make it more powerful by covering large portions of its surface with solar panels; however, this dramatically increased the photon energy carried by the electromagnetic radiation Magneton emitted, causing it to emit high levels of ionizing radiation. The cancers, genetic defects and sterility caused by constant exposure to radiation brought about the downfall of the civilization. More recently, the Magneton was unearthed and weaponized by an unknown but potentially dangerous group which added radiation shielding and more modern magnets and solar panels in addition to a large cannon through which Magneton can emit beams of radioactive energy. It is unknown what experiments Magneton was subjected to at the hands of this group, but it was left with severe mental trauma and a uniform hostility to all humans, making it incredibly dangerous. It mostly resembles a normal Magneton with glowing blue eyes, a black body and copper coils instead of horseshoe magnets; however, all three bodies are attached to a large central cannon through which it fires radioactive blasts.
Competitive Analysis: It operates a lot like Magnezone, but with less defenses and more Speed. It can't take a hit like Magnezone can, but it hits harder, outspeeds even Scarf Magnezone and has great STAB in its signature move. Its main use is for trapping and eliminating bulky Steel-types with Magnet Pull, but it can also be used as a relatively fast special sweeper with OK bulk that can comfortably run Scarf, Specs, Leftovers or Life Orb.

Name: Nosepass-Eternal
Type: Steel/Rock
Base Stats: 80 (+50) / 45 / 135 / 99 (+54) / 135 (+45) / 30 Total: 524 (+149)
Signature Move: Magnet Guard - Steel, Status, 10 PP | +1 to Defense and Sp. Def | Z-Effect: Fully restores HP
Design/Flavor: This giant Nosepass bears a strong resemblance to the Strange Souvenir item with an enlarged nose; however, it is entirely composed of magnetic metal and is orbited by miniature units similar to Probopass's. It is thought that the Strange Souvenirs created by the ancient peoples of Alola were based off of the appearance of this Nosepass, which appeared from the center of the earth in ancient times to protect the Alola region from danger. It summons and controls magnetic rocks, forming them into golems resembling Regirock and Registeel; the significance of this is unknown and has baffled archaeologists, as there is no point in ancient or modern history where Nosepass could have encountered Regigigas or any of its creations. When threatened, it attaches magnetic rocks and minerals to its body and uses them as armor.
Competitive Analysis: It's a good defensive wall, though that capability is stymied by its two double weaknesses. Magnet Guard allows it to gain +1 to both defenses easily, but lack of recovery outside of Rest and Z-Moves means that it will be worn down over time. It will probably mainly see use as a support or slow pivot, setting up Stealth Rocks and Volt Switching out after absorbing a couple hits.

Name: Charjabug-Eternal
Type: Bug/Electric
Base Stats: 57 / 132 (+50) / 95 / 35 (-20) / 75 / 105 (+69) Total: 499 (+99)
Signature Move: Shocking Sting - Bug, Physical, 90 Power, 10 PP, 100% Accuracy | 20% chance to paralyze target.
Design/Flavor: A seemingly mummified Chargabug was unearthed in the desert and was being studied by scientists when an extremely dangerous and hostile creature emerged from inside it. The creature, also classified as a Charjabug, resembles a huge green hornet with a metallic carapace and large serrated mandibles. It is just as sturdy as normal Charjabug but incredibly fast and strong, with a powerful bite and a paralyzing sting. Scientists theorize that it was not mummified but developing into this powerful form for thousands of years and that it may signify the next step in evolution for modern Vikavolt.
Competitive Analysis: It has decent bulk and it's a great physical sweeper, with a surprising variety of moves (for a generic early-game bug middle evo). Wild Charge and its signature move are great STAB options, with Crunch, Poison Jab or possibly Acrobatics for coverage. Keep in mind that it's pretty straightforward, so it's fairly easy to play around.

I tried, I really tried to make Nosepass and Charjabug viable.

...although I could have minmaxed them and broken them hard, so whatever I guess.
