[OVERVIEW]
On paper, Durant appears to have all the tools to make it a formidable wallbreaker, with good Speed and Attack, access to Hustle, and Hone Claws to boost Attack and make up for the accuracy issues arising from Hustle. Additionally, good coverage combined with a good offensive typing theoretically let it threaten common defensive archetypes relying on traditional Steel-type checks like Cobalion and Rotom-H, setting it apart from Scizor. However, Durant's bad defensive stats and good, but not great, Speed tier leave it vulnerable to faster threats like Mega Manectric and common Choice Scarf users like Togekiss, and it is unable to perform tasks typically assigned to Steel-types, such as being able to pivot into resisted attacks from prominent threats like Celebi. These factors combined with the massive accuracy issues arising from Hustle while unboosted leave it outclassed by other more reliable Steel-type setup users with a better ability to threaten those faster Pokemon with priority, like Scizor and Lucario, or those with more defensive utility, like Cobalion.

Durant aims to be used as a wallbreaker that can use its immense power, above average Speed, and good coverage to break past traditional answers to Steel-types like Rotom-H and Doublade after it comes in off a teammate's sacrifice or pivoting move like Volt Switch, which is mandated due to its poor defenses. Scizor simply does this better, though, as more offensive teams can utilize Swords Dance sets instead to pressure the same checks while also dealing with the faster threats such as Choice Scarf Krookodile and Hydreigon much more easily than Durant ever could due to Scizor's strong Bullet Punch. Other options like Mega Steelix and Bisharp are also better than Durant, as they can still wallbreak while being able to switch into and threaten out foes that Durant cannot, like Dragonium Z Latias.

[OVERVIEW]
On paper, Durant appears to have all the tools to make a formidable wallbreaker, with good Speed, Attack, access to Hustle, and Hone Claws to boost attack and make up for the accuracy issues arising from Hustle. Add a line emphasizing its ability to beat Fire-types like Infernape, Moltres, and Rotom-H as well as outspeeding a would be check in Cobalion give it a niche over its main competition being Scizor. Additionally, good coverage combined with good typing offensively also theoretically leave it able to threaten common defensive archetypes. However, Durant’s bad defensive stats and good, but not great, speed tier leave it vulnerable to faster threats like Mega Manectric and common Choice Scarf users like Togekiss I agree the Speed tier can be problematic, but I would mention its lack of priority to make up for the matter makes it unable to take on these threats unlike Scizor, leaves it outclassed by other, more reliable Steel-type setup users with a better ability to threaten those faster threats, like Scizor or Lucario, or those with more utility defensively, like Cobalion. You talk about bad defensive stats but can you add some mention/emphasis about it, something as simple about it being unable to pivot into even resisted hits from SpA users like Latias or Celebi well. Then lead into why these Steel-types are better.

Add Rock Slide, I am fine with Crunch as the primary slash

This section is rather lacking. Can you add a line about its reliance on its Z-Move to break past defensive checks (Give examples) and how it's poor defensive stats means it should ideally come in on a free switch via momentum moves or after a teammate faints etc. to try and wallbreak.
Durant aims to be used as a wallbreaker, using its immense power, above average speed and good coverage to break past traditional answers to Steel-types like Rotom-H and Doublade. Scizor simply does this better, though, as more offensive teams can utilize offensive Swords Dance sets to break through the same checks whilst also dealing with the faster threats such as Choice Scarf Krookodile and Hydreigon much better than Durant ever could Say it can beat them because of STAB priority Bullet Punch because that is the reason why. Other options like Doublade and Lucario are also more feasible, as they offer more defensive utility and ability to revenge kill than Durant in most, if not all situations. This sentence is structured really weirdly, I also don't think 'feasible' is the best word choice here. Try reword/rephrase this.

I want a line with some emphasis on its poor defensive stats making it unable to even switch into or beat the likes of Latias (It drops to Devastating Drake, making it hard to justify using it over other Steel-types like the ones you mention just before.

Friendly AM QC check, my changes in dark blue. Most of this was minor comments, so kudos for that. I am on mobile so if I make any errors please forgive me.

[I don’t think you’re going to be seeing Cobalion on more defensively-oriented teams often. Maybe mention a different Steel?] However, Durant’s bad defensive stats and good, but not great, speed tier leave it vulnerable to faster threats like Mega Manectric and common Choice Scarf users like Togekiss, and unable to perform tasks typically assigned to Steel-types, such as being able to pivot into resisted attacks from prominent threats like Celebi. [You briefly bring this up but maybe there should be a point about how Hustle can be dodgy without a boost? I mean you mention Hone Claws but don’t bring up how Stone Edge accuracy on every move makes Durant unreliable in certain situations or aspects.]

[Well its not like SD Scizor is primarily restricted to offensive teams, you also see it on some balance builds. Speaking of archetypes Scizor fits on, splashabilty is another one of the many traits it has over Durant.] Other options like Doublade and Bisharp are also better than Durant, as they can still wallbreak while being able to switch into and threaten out things that Durant cannot, like Z-Draco Meteor Latias. [Bisharp I can understand, but Doublade doesn’t really switch into Latias that well in the long run, like +1 Z-Draco does 75% minimum. The example’s probably fine, just a nitpick.]
