Creative and Underrated Movesets in UU

Goodra @ Leftovers
Ability: Hydration
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Rain Dance
- Muddy Water
- Draco Meteor
- Sludge Wave

This set works well vs bulky offense and semistall. Usually people will try to status goodra so it can get worn down easily, Rain dance fix this and lets goddra get rid of status and works great if you set up the rain as soon as they send you a WoW or a Toxic. Then you can proceed to spam RAIN boosted Muddy water. This move has scald same chance to burn but it lowers the accuracy of the opponent. This is helpful vs strong hitters that rely on low accuracy moves to kill goodra, making their moves miss and at the same time has only 10 less power than if you were spamming Dracos. Draco is for a strong Stab when u cant set up rain , finally Sludge wave lets you hit fairies that might try to end your muddy water shennanigans.

You might be right but you're not correct.

Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spore / Dark Void
- Taunt
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock

Basically been using this more often nowadays due to Azelf leaving the tier thus making dedicated leads a lot lesser in number. Decided to try this out since I felt it could definitely skew a lot of matchups in its favor due to being more obnoxious than other leads like Shuckle and Aerodactyl, as it differentiates itself by being able to temporarily "remove" an opposing Pokemon by putting it to sleep thus enforcing a semi-even playing field due to Smeargle usually ending up as death fodder post hazards (it isn't an even playing field usually because you're trading a Pokemon for hazards so it's 5v6 w/ hazards best case scenario and even then there's a high chance you'll get spun on or Defog'd). So far during test runs and such it's pulled its weight and you can definitely play around with it well in terms of not necessarily leading with it in order to gain a really favorable matchup.

Ye its time to post some cool sets

Beedrill-Mega @ Beedrillite
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Poison Jab
- Toxic Spikes
- Protect

Mega Beedrill is usually a very fearsome Mega Evolution because of its powerful STABs in U-turn and Poison Jab, but it may bee much more dangerous if running Toxic Spikes. The few Spinners and Defoggers in the tier are usually the main Mega Beedrill checks on balance and offense, such as Empoleon and Tentacruel, but they are easily worn down by Mega Beedrill's most common teammates (Heliolisk, Rotom-Cut, Conkeldurr, etc.), and thus it's not hard to setup Toxic Spikes and pressure bulkier builds until the opponent have to sack Pokémon desperately.

Absol-Mega @ Absolite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Sucker Punch
- Play Rough

Mega Absol is very underrated, and Pursuit Mega Absol is much more underrated. Mega Absol forces a lot of Pokémon to switch-out thanks to its huge Attack stat, such as weakened Mega Aerodactyl, Chandelure, Celebi, and Mega Beedrill to name a few, and it defeats all these Pokémon with Pursuit, allowing a wincon win the game, that would otherwise have trouble to sweep through opponent's team. Mega Absol is a really good Pokémon overall and I think that it's nice to build around it!

Mienshao @ Choice Band
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- High Jump Kick
- U-turn
- Poison Jab / Stone Edge
- Knock Off / Stone Edge

Mienshao's High Jump Kick, while holding a Choice Band, hits harder than Mega Medicham's High Jump Kick. Very few Pokémon can switch-in, and the most common switch-ins, Sylveon, Crobat and Cresselia, are lured by Poison Jab, Stone Edge and Knock Off, respectively. Mienshao bluffs Scarf really well too, forcing Pokémon like Mega Beedrill or even Mega Aerodactyl to switch out, but the switch-in is nuked by a STAB + Reckless High Jump Kick. I like to use this set on Fighting Spam teams with Scarf Heracross or Scarf Infernape, since they defeat the most common Mienshao switch-ins easily.

Doublade @ Eviolite
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Claw
- Iron Head
- Shadow Sneak

Shadow Claw Doublade is such an underrated option by the most of the players, but it's in my opinion the best 4th slot move. Some Steel-types can't touch Doublade anyway, like Cobalion and Forretress, and some Steel-types are able to 1v1 Doublade easily, like Empoleon and Mega Aggron. The only advantage on running Sacred Sword actually is catch Krookodile or Hydreigon on the switch, but very few players risk this play. On the other hand, Shadow Claw not only allows Doublade 2HKO bulky Water-types, like Suicune and Milotic after Stealth Rock and a bit of prior damage, but it allows it to hit some Pokémon that neither Shadow Sneak and Iron Head can hit effectively, such as Metagross (2HKOes with LO Earthquake and isn't 2HKOed by Shadow Sneak) and Gyarados.
