Braviary (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 240 HP / 180 SpD / 88 Spe
Careful Nature
- Substitute
- Bulk Up
- Roost
- Superpower

Sub BU Braviary sets up all over this, being able to set up a sub on both Alo and Regi, dodge their statuses, and begin to set up BUs. Choice of Brave Bird or Superpower is kinda team dependent, though Superpower works better in this match-up since it OHKOs Registeel after a few boosts and OHKOs Alomomola at +6 after a few layer of hazards.

Registeel Seismic Toss vs. 240 HP Braviary: 100-100 (24.9 - 24.9%) -- guaranteed 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Alomomola Scald vs. 240 HP / 180+ SpD Braviary: 40-48 (9.9 - 11.9%) -- possibly the worst move ever

+6 0 Atk Braviary Superpower vs. 120 HP / 136+ Def Alomomola: 383-451 (76.4 - 90%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock and 1 layer of Spikes
+3 0 Atk Braviary Superpower vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Registeel: 360-424 (98.9 - 116.4%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

Rotom @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 64 HP / 188 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hex
- Discharge
- Substitute

Switch in for free on Registeel, WispHex / Discharge them to death.

188 SpA Rotom Hex (130 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Registeel: 88-105 (24.1 - 28.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO after Leftovers recovery and burn damage
188 SpA Rotom Discharge vs. 120 HP / 252 SpD Alomomola: 252-296 (50.2 - 59%) -- 78.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Alomomola Scald vs. 64 HP / 4 SpD Rotom: 52-63 (20.2 - 24.5%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
(52, 54, 54, 54, 55, 55, 57, 57, 58, 58, 58, 60, 60, 61, 61, 63) [this Rotom makes 64 HP Subs]

The spread I have here is more customised to handle this core, but you can just run bog-standard max HP / max Speed if you wish.

Sawk @ Choice Band
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Knock Off
- Zen Headbutt
- Poison Jab

While Sawk can't really come in for free on Alomomola and Registeel due to fear of being statused, it can still come in when Registeel uses Stealth Rock or Protect or when Mola uses a non-attacking move and click Close Combat, which 2HKOs Alomomola and OHKOes Registeel.

252+ Atk Choice Band Sawk Close Combat vs. 120 HP / 136+ Def Alomomola: 292-345 (58.2 - 68.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Choice Band Sawk Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Registeel: 440-518 (120.8 - 142.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Drapion @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off
- Pursuit
- Toxic Spikes

Scarf Drapion is a nice partner for the RegiMola core, as it can defeat 3 of the 5 aforementioned threats (Virizion, Rotom, Sigilyph) with its STABs or with Pursuit trapping in Rotom or Sigilyph's case, while also adding another Grass resist to the core and setting up Toxic Spikes for Registeel and Alomomola to stall with. Overall, Scarf Drapion adds some nice role compression in beating big threats to the RegiMola core while also adding TSpikes to it, so it's a pretty nice partner imo.

Looking at the listen threats, RegiMola seems to have a problem with some set-up sweepers, especially with those who have Sub, so something with Roar or Whirlwind would be appreciated. Electric And Fighting types like the unlisted Manectric, Rotom, and Sawk also pose problems since their STABs + coverage are unresisted by these two, and Electrics can gain momentum with Volt Switch while most Fightings can Knock Off both of these mons' passive recovery(which doesn't matter too much for Mola). Finally, I want to pick something that would fit onto stall, since RegiMola, while being able to fit onto balance and certain BO builds, is mostly a stall build, so I want to follow that. A combination of all of these traits are very uncommon(unless im dumb), so I'm going to compromise and say to ditch trying to fit an Electric resist/immunity here since it is really easy to fit something like a Rhyperior or defensive Flygon onto a team. So... here's my submission!(probably way overthought it)

Granbull @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Impish Nature
- Roar
- Play Rough
- Thunder Wave
- Heal Bell

Granbull fits very well for this core, providing a secondary check to most physical attackers, a crucial Fighting resist, extra T-waving, phazing, and can cure status with Heal Bell, which is something this core also doesn't like(Toxic sucks for Mola and Regi doesn't like burns). Obviously this core would still be weak to Electrics and hazards, so something like Flygon would also fit.

stain of mind (Garbodor) (M) @ Black Sludge

- Gunk Shot

scrum (Bronzong) @ Leftovers

Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Refresh
- Rapid Spin
- Scald

I like to refer to this core as the slurmz core as he created it and it is a nice blueprint for a Balance Spike stacking teams. The core itself has pretty decent synergy checking each other's weaknesses while also focussing on keeping hazards on the opponent and off of your side.

Meloetta @ Choice Specs
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball

Nothing wants to switch into this except for Bronzong kind of but that gets lures in by Shadow Ball. Garbodor drops to Psychic and Blaster is by no means a counter. Meloetta also outpaces everything making it even more difficult for this core to succeed.

Scyther @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- U-turn
- Aerial Ace
- Knock Off
- Quick Attack

Xatu @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Impish Nature
- U-turn
- Roost
- Night Shade
- Toxic

Hitmonlee @ Life Orb
Ability: Reckless
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- Mach Punch
- Rapid Spin

New core, I asked Littlelucario for a Xatu core since he's used this Pokemon a bit recently and its usage/win rate in open is pretty steady. Anyways the core itself is basically using Xatu to deflect stealth rock for Surgery and they also form a neat U-Turn core. Usually Xatu pairs with Sawk but this core focusses more on Scyther which is why Hitmonlee is used. It helps to shred Registeel which hopelessly walls Scyther.

i dont fuckin know what the best aero set is right now, but this set looks cash so lets go with it. you outspeed everything and you kill everything, very simple.

heres calcs:
aero wing attack to hitmonlee = kill
stone edge to xatu = 98% kill
stone edge to scyther = mega kill

Run Pursuit over Quick Attack on Scyther since being locked into Quick Attack means everything in the tier sets up on you and is dogshit weak while Pursuit can actually trap threats to the other two members of the core like Hoopa and Meloetta instead of being a virtually useless moveslot that never has practical application.

Also...

Diancie @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Trick Room
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Diamond Storm

OTR Diancie can get a TR up vs both Scyther and Xatu and can OHKO both Scyther and Hitmonlee while being able to do over 75% to Xatu. This is a pretty clean cut threat that the core usually folds to really easily.
0 Atk Life Orb Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 248 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Scyther: 452-536 (131.7 - 156.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO
0 Atk Life Orb Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Xatu: 252-299 (75.4 - 89.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ SpA Life Orb Diancie Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Hitmonlee: 343-406 (142.3 - 168.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Choice Band Scyther Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Colbur Berry Cofagrigus: 79-93 (24.7 - 29.1%) -- 99.8% chance to 4HKO

Cofagrigus can proceed to burn the opposing mon w/ Will-O-Wisp, crippling it.

Cool core by Ajna

Simple offensive core with two win cons. Drapion helps to lure / beat Fletchinder's counters like Rhyperior and Diancie to make it much more threatening late game.

reserving blastoise

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Rapid Spin
- Toxic
- Refresh

Blastoise can tank pretty much any hit from this core, including +2 Knock Off from Drapion and Fletchinder quite easily. In addition to being bulky enough to tank hits from the core, Blastoise can do north of 80% to fletch with Scald and has a solid chance of crippling Drapion, who lacks a Lum Berry when being used in this core, and it does a respectable 30-40% to Drapion outside of the chance to burn. While Blastoise may not "blast" through the core (pun intended), it can do an excellent job of defensively checking both members of the core and if a huge threat to both Pokemon.

Omastar @ White Herb
Ability: Shell Armor
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Shell Smash
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power Grass

It can smash this core by setting up on Fletchinder and tanking at least one hit from Drapion. It just smashes and pursues to dominate this core with sheer force after that. White Herb is a little specific as it lets you take a +2 Acrobatics better after being damage or whatever.

- Hidden Power [Grass]
252 SpA Carracosta Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Drapion: 169-199 (60.1 - 70.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252 Atk Drapion Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 212 HP / 104+ Def Carracosta: 162-192 (47.3 - 56.1%) -- 24.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+2 252 Atk Drapion Knock Off vs. 212 HP / 104+ Def Carracosta: 109-129 (31.8 - 37.7%) -- 88.7% chance to 3HKO

+2 252+ Atk Fletchinder Acrobatics (110 BP) vs. 212 HP / 104+ Def Carracosta: 89-105 (26 - 30.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO
I think this is a fun mon with potential against these two opposing mons. :]

Venusaur @ Life Orb / Yache Berry
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 216 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 36 Spe
Modest Nature
- Leaf Storm/Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis
- Sleep Powder

Neat little Lure Venusaur set was something I enjoyed using when messing with the core. Checks all the bulky waters and other fat mons that can potentially wall or check the core and also can bait Psychic attacks to give an easy switch to Drapion.

252 Atk Refrigerate Mega Glalie Double-Edge vs. 216 HP / 0 Def Yache Berry Venusaur: 280-331 (78.8 - 93.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

If they try to offensively switch in, they are 2hkod. Even if they don't switch in, recoil + Sludge Bomb usually kills (unless both min roll it) and guarantee kill after rocks

Slightly more relevant calcs to the point I was making

+2 252 SpA Omastar Ice Beam vs. 216 HP / 4 SpD Yache Berry Venusaur: 179-211 (50.4 - 59.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

252+ Atk Sheer Force Steelix Ice Fang vs. 216 HP / 0 Def Yache Berry Venusaur: 90-106 (25.3 - 29.8%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

Slowking @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Psychic
- Slack Off

Together the have great synergy which allows them to tackle each other's weaknesses. Both are set up sweepers to do you could use Virizion to take on it weaken faster Pokemon on the opposing team so Slowking has a much easier time and vice versa. Slowking's Regenerator helps to pressure teams at +1 and still regain HP to pivot later so it becomes a mix of a sweeper and a pivot.

Scrafty @ Chople Berry
Ability: Shed Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- High Jump Kick
- Knock Off
- Rest

Top tier threat coming through to steal your shit. Scrafty can comfortably set up Dragon Dances on Slowking as +1 Scald does 50% at most, having a rather low chance of 2HKOing after SR. Scrafty also has Shed Skin to disregard burns, is immune to Psyshock, and heavily damages Slowking with +1 Knock Off while also incapacitating by getting rid of its Leftovers. Chople Berry is the item of choice here as it allows Scrafty to only take ~50% damage from Virizion, giving it the opportunity to either set up another Dragon Dance or bonk it with High Jump Kick. You could opt for Life Orb to consistently OHKO Slowking at +1 aside from higher power in general, although that makes setting up VS Virizion a mindgame on its own.

0 SpA Slowking Scald vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Scrafty: 76-91 (28 - 33.5%) -- 31.4% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 0 SpA Slowking Scald vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Scrafty: 115-136 (42.4 - 50.1%) -- 34.4% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 Atk Scrafty Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Slowking: 306-362 (77.8 - 92.1%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

252 Atk Virizion Close Combat vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Chople Berry Scrafty: 135-160 (49.8 - 59%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock
+1 252 Atk Scrafty High Jump Kick vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Virizion: 324-382 (100.3 - 118.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Drapion vs. Virizion +2 252 Atk Drapion Poison Jab vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Virizion: 530-626 (164 - 193.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Sneasel @ Choice Band
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Knock Off
- Icicle Crash
- Pursuit
- Low Kick

Sneasel does really well vs this core offensively, but sadly it can't switch into either member of the core. Sneasel can outspeed and OHKO Virizion 100% of the time, but it can't switch directly in due to CC knocking it clean out. Additionally, it does a ton to Slowking with Knock Off and really only has to worry about scald when trying to kill it, but if Slowking is weakened, then you can Pursuit trap it for ~70%, which is really nice. Normally I run LO Sneasel, but band actually does significantly more to Slowking, knocking it out about half the time after Stealth Rock as opposed to LO, which never knocks it out after rocks.

Diancie @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Sassy Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Heal Bell
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm

This core gets absolutely destroyed by dark types that has ways of dealing with Virizion like Sneasel and Drapion, but this is where Diancie comes in, being able to beat said Pokemon very effectively. Additionally, Slowking absolutely hates toxic poison, so Diancie's access to Heal Bell really helps out Slowking. Lastly, Stealth Rock helps wear down annoying mons and is one of the best moves in the game, so it only makes Diancie better as a teammate to the core.

Like Diancie, Granbull help to eliminate Dark-types, also have Heal bell to support the core, have intimidate to check various physical attakers, finally can defeat Sneasel and Scrafty but have problems with Drapion.

Calcs:

+1 252 Atk Drapion Poison Jab vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Granbull: 264-312 (68.9 - 81.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
8 Atk Granbull Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Drapion: 156-184 (55.5 - 65.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Here is balance core by lighthouses, his description is in the quotation marks.
"Hazard stacking core for bulky offense, basically druddigon checks most of the stuff that you would want to check with phys def blastoise, allowing us to use spdef instead, which helps a ton against glalie/houndoom/delphox/camerupt making for a more solid deffensive backbone; spin support is obviously good for glalie but drudd is definitely its main partner, usually the things that are going to come in on/try to revenge kill glalie can be answered by drudd and blastoise respectively, all the while allowing you to get more spikes up. You definitely wanna add a solid fighting resist and a ghost type if you can afford it, spiritomb/hoopa can both do fine."
