[OVERVIEW]
Cherubi is only ever used on sun teams to support the team's main Chlorophyll sweeper, which is usually Bellsprout. Unfortunately, with Vulpix's ban sun has dropped dramatically in viability to the point where even this tiny niche isn't enough to make it viable. That's not even mentioning the other Chlorophyll sweepers such as Bulbasaur and Oddish, which outclass Cherubi even on sun, and Snivy, which is the better option everywhere else, meaning Cherubi should not be used on any serious team.
[SET]
name: Sun "Sweeper"
move 1: Solar Beam
move 2: Weather Ball
move 3: Sunny Day
move 4: Healing Wish
item: Eviolite
ability: Chlorophyll
nature: Modest
evs: 76 Def / 180 SpA / 236 Spe
[SET COMMENTS]
The only thing Cherubi has over other Chlorophyll sweepers is access to Healing Wish, which permits more aggressive plays with the main sweeper. However, Bulbasaur and Oddish both sport secondary typings and access to Sleep Powder, making them better choices for backup sun sweepers. In addition, manual weather is not particularly viable.
