This dread rider tramples upon the Ubers metagame! This innovative set gives Calyrex-S its best chance to beat its forever enemy, Yveltal, as well as clean weakened teams late-game. The physical bulk investment ensures that Calyrex-S's Substitute survives U-turn from most Yveltal. The combination of Substitute and Disable wins the duel against any Yveltal lacking Snarl or Knock Off and Foul Play. It even beats Sucker Punch variants and can use attackers that can only threaten it with one move such as Kyogre as set up bait. Calyrex-S can also tank two non-invested Dynamax Cannon from Eternatus. The rest of the spread is invested in Speed and Special Attack, and still allows +4 Astral Barrage to always 2HKO even the bulkiest Yveltal and OHKO Eternatus and Ho-Oh. Mental Herb allows Calyrex-S to setup more easily against Taunt Yveltal and can bluff a Choice locked set, while Leftovers provides more chances to set up a Substitute. This set appreciates wallbreakers like offensive Ho-Oh and Meteor Beam Eternatus that can deal with opposing Eternatus and Ho-Oh, respectively. Teammates that can bring it in safely such as U-turn Yveltal and Eject Pack Eternatus are also appreciated, the latter in particular for its ability to attract Necrozma-DM.

The combination Substitute + Disable is made to win its duel against any non dual STABs Yveltal, excluding Sucker Punch combination, and against mono attackers such as Kyogre.

This sounds a bit awkward, I would reword the Sucker Punch part, it kinda sounds like you're saying Sucker Punch wins vs. this set when it doesn't.

and potentially bait for a SubSeed variant.

I don't think this is really notable, because the ways to deal with SubSeed are similar to how to deal with Disable (like Whirlwind Ho-Oh).
Actually, I would rather you mention Mental Herb feigning a Choice item set, since that will make players make a predictable switch to Yveltal that lets you set-up freely.
For example, if you come in on SpD Necrozma-DM with rocks up, the player will see that you do not have Leftovers recovery and assume you are Choice Specs, which can threaten to OHKO NDM, and so they will switch to Yveltal. If they see Leftovers, they may stay in seeing as non-Specs Astral Barrage can't OHKO, and they can potentially KO your Caly with Knock Off.

This set appreciates the support of breakers like Marshadow [...] that can deal with Blissey and Ho-Oh, respectively.

Astral Barrage to always 2HKO even the bulkiest Yveltal variants at +4

Mention OHKOing Eternatus and Ho-Oh at +4 as well.
Also, the recommended teammates should be pokemon that break though Eternatus and Ho-Oh because these are the mons that can live an Astral at +2 and break your Sub, which can interrupt your sweep.
