Teambuilder BW ZU not properly supported

What is the bug?
BW ZU builder is only showing NFE's as legal

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
it is this way for everyone if you checked it now.

This is because BW ZU isn't programmed as an actual tier, it's just PU with an extra banlist. The teambuilder improperly assumes all PU pokemon are banned.

It was just working before a couple weeks ago. That is the main confusion amongst the community right now.
