Explanation: Here's ABR's Team from OLT featuring daddys kisses favourite Pokemon Lopunny (Yeah we all know how good she is right now) and Randoms Favourite in manaphy. The Idea behind this team is that Lopunny breaks Offence and Manaphy breaks stall so why not team them up. Tyraniter aids the 2 by trapping pesky bulky psychics that prevent the core from sweeping while Sub Toxic gives the team an infuriating alternative answer to opposing Bulky threats. Landorous and Latias round out the team respectivly giving answers against bolt beam, Hazards, setting rocks and momentoum all in 2 slots.

Enjoy the team and good luck. Sorry for the rushed explanation Im on holiday hahaha

SubCM Keldeo looks like a major threat to this team. Dunks on SubToxic Jirachi due to its own Sub and Jirachi can't do much else back, TTar gets owned, LandoT gets owned, Latias can't reliably beat it due to lacking Psyshock (fuck latias btw), Manaphy cannot consistently beat it at all (if Keldeo can set up to +1 before it comes in, it loses and it takes a lot of damage while setting up on Keldeo, so keeping it healthy is key), and Lopunny loses if Keldeo sets up a Sub and Keldeo requires chip damage to RK with HJK (which a smart player would avoid).

Keldeo-Resolute @ Leftovers
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Scald
- Secret Sword

Bold Clefable sets up SR and checks Mega Lopunny, easily Keldeo's biggest threat against this team, at least imo. Manaphy takes a lot of damage while setting up on Clefable, so it's not to be relied upon to take on the core. Clefable is also useful for scouting Latias's set, absorbing status (playing mind games correctly will make Keldeo's job easier, if you wanna take that risk), and taking damage from TTar and LandoT so Keldeo wont have to.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 36 SpD / 4 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Moonblast
- Soft-Boiled
- Thunder Wave / Knock Off

Penny saved is still a fucking penny
Alright lets make lives simple,

My Bae Cress loves teams like this where both of its calm mind set counters can be trapped pretty easily by dugtrio with some prediction. Fun fact is it's substitute isn't broken by lando's u-turn and it can run colbur berry to ensure knock off doesn't either thus setting up pretty safely against lando-t and on a predicted switch to jirachi most probably at first and then tyranitar, we switch in dugtrio which kills it. Though easier said than done but to be a little extra safe we are gonna go with substitute on cresslia over moonblast as we should never be setting up on ttar anyways. Also latias has HP Fire so fuck latias anyways.

Cresselia @ Leftovers/Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Substitute
- Moonlight

Next up we have our choice band duggy, choice band is imp. here as it gives it a p good chance to 1hko ttar and 1hkoes jirachi as well. Trapping ttar helps in removal of sand too which is pretty instrumental for cress.

Dugtrio @ Choice Band
Ability: Arena Trap
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Aerial Ace/Sucker Punch

Beedrill @ Beedrillite
Ability: Swarm
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Protect
- U-turn
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off

Mega Beedrill outspeeds the whole team and takes big chunks out of everything that isn't named Landorus-Therian, and also has Protect for Mega Lop's Fake Out. Manaphy and full-health Jirachi are also bulky enough to revenge kill. But really, this team should be switching into Lando-T if it doesn't want to lose a bunch of HP. Just make sure you click Knock Off to get rid of that Rocky Helmet when it switches in.

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 240 Def / 20 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Rotom-Wash won't eat a +3 Energy Ball from Manaphy, but it's a good check to Lando-T and Jirachi and unboosted Manaphy nonetheless. All it needs to do is get some chip damage on Jirachi, Volt Switch on Manaphy, and Hydro Pump Lando-T and Mega Beedrill can basically clean up once it gets in. The best part is that the team's Rotom-Wash answer is Latias, and if Rotom-Wash times its Volt Switch right, Mega Beedrill can force it right back out.

Someone should really write up an LO Tornadus-T core, I stumbled upon that and tbh it put in more work than the core. But the core still does pressure the team, mind you.

IVs: 31 HP / 0 Atk / 30 Def / 30 SpA / 30 SpD / 0 Spe
Quiet Nature
-Trick Room
-Will-O-Wisp
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power Fighting

Lopunny's worst nightmare - it can't do that much damage without High Jump Kick to it and using any of its physical moves strips its ability to really damage it. It's also bulky enough to stomach hits from Landorus-T and cripple it with a burn - if it lands one on T-Tar, it's no longer OHKOed by a boosted pursuit. Furthermore, Latias and Jirachi are both 2HKOed by Shadow Ball. While Trick Room does not benefit Heliolisk very much, it does allow Cofagrigus to get the jump on whatever wants to switch in.

Ability: Dry Skin
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Modest Nature

-Thunderbolt

An actual counter to Manaphy! It can switch in, take a +3 Energy Ball if needed and always OHKOes with Thunderbolt. Other than being a very good way to deal with Manaphy, it can 2KHO Tyranitar with Grass Knot and 2HKO Latias and Landorus-T with Hyper Voice. It also outspeeds anything on that team outside of Latias and Mega Lopunny, a Timid Nature is not needed to achieve this - also, a Modest Nature guarantees the OHKO against Manaphy.

Basically, Mega Alakazam dismantles the team pretty much by itself, but Dugtrio gets rid of Jirachi and Tyranitar, letting Zam bust through the team by clicking 100% accurate moves and 2HKOing everything upon switch in, meaning that it's pretty much impossible to win vs Zam without outplaying Dugtrio in an astounding way. Endure Custap is there to lure in mlop since fake out can be annoying for Zam and lets it beat a heavily weakened Manaphy in clutch situations. Lsat move on Zam is a toss up since encore is cool to stop tg mana from setting up and can lock jirachi into sub as well as landot into rocks, but HP Ice is cool if you want to outright OHKO Lando-T.

Helioisk is not on the viability list. Sorry for the inconvenience but we are gonna need replays if this one is to be accepted

Bummer, I was mainly in it for the theorycrafting. In that case, I'll just pull back from this, but I want to leave the sets up in case someone else wants to compete with those (my sets being basically just hard counters to M-Lop and Manaphy respectively).

This team can actually be swept by Mega Gyarados if it gets to +1 if Manaphy is weakened as most of the members in the team doesn't like +1 Waterfall or Crunch. The team also has limited counterplay to Gengar and is forced to try and revenge kill it with Mega Lopunny as virtually everything is weak to its coverage or STABs. It can also help to overload Manaphy for Gyarados to sweep.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-459283438 :
This team has no way to deal with Gengar except by revenging it with Mega Lop or sac Manaphy and hope that something else can pick Gengar off. With Mega Lop damaged so early, Gengar and Clefable pressures CoC into playing Manaphy very agressively, eventually weakening it enough so that it is in range of +1 Crunch. Set-up opportunities are aplenty with Gyarados but I set up on the Pursuit and clean.

If you're using a Dugtrio, fuck you. I honestly wish this scum and whoever invented it would be damned to the depths of hell from whence they came, and hopefully never return.

Anyways, I refuse to use that repulsalisk. Rather, I'll be usin' the pretty good f###in Mega Pinsir. Key to victory lies in wounding/eliminating Landorus-T or making Mega Pinsir a roids mon with Swords Dance.

However, finding a setup opportunity is difficult, so to eliminate the opposing force, you'll have to rely on unboosted attacks (unless Latias is at -2 or something). Thus Lando-T will remain a credible threat. A Sand duo can work to wound Lando-T in tandem with Mega Pinsir; Tyranitar can potentially force the hostile Latias to expend its Healing Wish early (or not Healing Wish at all). When Lando-T is sufficiently injured, the three can power on through and, with their physical shield gone, the rest of the team will be vulnerable to attack.

Should be noted that Manaphy should be eliminated or gravely injured prior to attempting this – or you'll have to do it during the assault, which may make things go awry if a burn happens to occur. If Manaphy is gravely wounded, the hostile Latias may potentially use the Healing Wish on Manaphy rather than Landorus-T.

Side note: Core has merit outside of just this team – Exca + Ttar can work to eliminate the Electrics that stop Mega Pinsir, and Ttar can eliminate hostile Talonflame who may threaten Pinsir's life.

Scarf Landorus-Therian is able to cripple Lopunny with Intimidate, if not predicted by an Ice Beam. Landorus-Therian can then U-turn out and switch in to Rotom-Wash, that cripples Mega Lopunny with Will-O-Wisp. Nothing realistically likes switching into a Will-O-Wisp apart from Hydration Rain Dance Manaphy, which gets 2HKO'd by Thunderbolt. Tyranitar and Latias are all checked by Scarf Landorus-Therian, which can freely U-turn out and spam Earthquakes once all resists are gone. Rotom-Wash deals with the defensive Landorus-Therian by Will-o-Wisping it and Hydro Pumping it next turn. Jirachi does very little to this core, especially once Leftovers are knocked off. The only thing this team really lacks is a valid Lopunny switch-in, because Landorus-Therian still risks the Ice Beam, Rotom-Wash does not like getting High Jump Kicked or Returned before a Will-O-Wisp, a Latias switch-in, and a Defogger in order to allow Landorus to pivot as much as possible.

and

DD Mega Alt destroys the team after +1, which is problematic when Alt can set up on half the team. Alt gets free Mega/Boosts on Lando, Ttar, and Latias. KOs Jirachi after some chip damage w/ a +1 EQ and Manaphy is ohko'd 43% of the time with +1 return after rocks.

Altaria wins if it's in at the same time as Latias. ABR has a few options; go to Lando, go to Jirachi or sack Latias/another team mate. Lando isn't that good of a switch on the +1 since Alt can spam roost and stall Lando out of EQs if its mega evolved. If not, all lando can do is knock off in which case Mega alt gets a few free DDs before it's forced to roost and evolve. If Jirachi is the switch in, it's in danger of getting chunked by a Return, in which case it'll get KOd in the future by a +1 EQ from alt.

Scarf keld is the preferred partner, since it has really good synergy with Mega Alt against this team. Keld puts pressure on both Lando and Mega Lop, forcing the switch. It's best answer, Latias has to fear the double into Mega alt. ABR can try to switch into Jirachi to predict mega alt, but even then it's not that great since Keld is fine just staying and spamming scald to give MAlt the chip damage it wants to ensure the KO with +1.

Even if Alt doesn't successfully sweep, it'll still probably chunk/kill Keld's answers in Lati, Rachi, or Manaphy, which means worst case scenario of the failed Mega Alt sweep is setting up Keld for the late game sweep w/ Secret sword or scald.

Core 1: Having tested against this team quite a few times, SubCM Keld just puts way too much pressure on the team, considering the Latias' only method of taking on Keldeo is Draco Meteor which SubCM Keld takes advantage of, especially with Clefable to handle Lopunny.
