[SET COMMENTS]

* Meteor Beam Deoxys-A is an excellent breaker and sweeper thanks to its massive Special Attack stat, great Speed tier, and extensive coverage for Psychic Terrain teams.
* With Power Herb Meteor Beam, Deoxys-A increases its sweeping ability and demolishes typical defensive counterplay such as Ho-Oh and Yveltal.
* Expanding Force is an extremely powerful option under Psychic Terrain, having a chance to 3HKO Chansey at +1. Psycho Boost is Deoxys-A’s most powerful Psychic STAB and wallbreaking move. This move provides Deoxys-A with a strong wallbreaking attack even when Psychic Terrain is down. Psycho Boost OHKOes Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy, Defensive Arceus-Water, and wallbreaker Primal Kyogre at +1 after two layers of Spikes.
* Focus Blast provides essential coverage against Arceus-Dark and Zacian-C. Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse are both options for coverage against Necrozma-DM. If Deoxys-A is Tera Ghost, Shadow Ball should be chosen for the increased boost as it guarantees a 2HKO on Dragon Dance Necrozma-DM. Otherwise Dark Pulse should be chosen due to its flinch chance.
* Tera Psychic allows Deoxys-A to OHKO Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy, Defensive Arceus-Water, and Wallbreaker Primal Kyogre with Psycho Boost at +1, and OHKO Ho-Oh at +1 under Psychic Terrain. For Expanding Force, Tera Psychic gives Deoxys-A a chance to 2HKO Chansey with under Psychic Terrain at +1. However, Tera Psychic leaves Deoxys-A susceptible to priority if Psychic Terrain is down.
* Tera Ghost allows Deoxys-A to avoid being revenge-killed by Extreme Speed from Arceus and Rayquaza while also boosting Shadow Ball. Tera Normal prevents Marshadow and Giratina-O from revenge-killing Deoxys-A with Shadow Sneak.
* As Deoxys-A is a potent breaker even without a +1 boost, it does not need to use Meteor Beam until the prime opportunity for a sweep, such as when its checks in Yveltal or Ho-Oh have been baited in.
* As Deoxys-A is extremely frail, it should only switch in on a free turn such as after a teammate faints. On Psychic Terrain teams it is best to sacrifice Tapu Lele as a means to give Deoxys-A a free switch in and to maximize the time it can take advantage of Psychic Terrain.
* Glimmora is an excellent teammate for Deoxys-A, as the entry hazard it provides eases sweeping. In addition, Toxic Spikes is able to chip Arceus-Dark, which puts it in Focus Blast range for Deoxys-A. In return, Deoxys-A is able to threaten common Defoggers such as Ho-Oh and Yveltal. Smeargle and Shuckle can be used instead to provide Sticky Web, as this greatly aids other Psychic Terrain teammates such as Lunala and Basculegion.
* Tapu Lele is an essential teammate for Psychic Terrain, as it is the most viable setter. Meteor Beam Lunala pairs well with Meteor Beam Deoxys-A on Psychic Terrain teams, as the two of them can overwhelm Yveltal and Ho-Oh defensive cores with Meteor Beam. With Lunala eliminating one of these threats with Meteor Beam, Deoxys-A is free to use its Meteor Beam to eliminate the other part of the core without worrying about being stopped in the middle of a sweep afterwards.

I'm aware that this is a WIP, but I'll discuss the moveset / tera types with the QC team. I would not be surprised if Psychic and potentially Psyshock are removed from the moveset as well as Psychic as a tera type (less sure on this). I'll get back to you asap so you don't need to waste time writing up uses for moves which may be axed later.

Hey so we've discussed it a bit. So this post is from the person who did most of the development behind Psyspam and is a good reference to use for information information though feel free to ask myself or Zrp200 (NDUbers resident Deo-A expert) if you are unsure about anything. Also note that Smeargle can replace Glimmora if webs are desired.

Deoxys-Attack @ Power Herb
Ability: Pressure
Tera Type: Ghost / Psychic / Normal
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Meteor Beam
- Expanding Force / Psycho Boost
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball / Dark Pulse / Psycho Boost

On Psycho Boost: Meteor Beam Deoxys-A in this case can act outside of terrain with Psycho Boost, since it will just OHKO most things straight up for a teammate to clean up. Note that outside of terrain it is impossible to count on getting more than a few turns since they could have sucker punch yveltal / sneak marsh or gira / espeed from many sources. OHKOes Ho-Oh at +1 under terrain w/ Tera Psychic - Zrp200

General Usage Note: Please write this as though the analyses for other members of Psyspam are already uploaded such as Meteor Beam Lunala. Additionally Ho-Oh + Yveltal is quite common so it is worthwhile mentioning how psyspam works together to overload their shared checks.

*Meteor Beam Deoxys-A is an excellent breaker and sweeper thanks to its massive Special Attack stat, great Speed tier, and extensive coverage that for fits on hyper offense and Psychic Terrain teamswe discussed it a bit and this set is really just Psypsam. With Power Herb Meteor Beam, Deoxys-A increases its sweeping ability and demolishes typical defensive counterplay such as Ho-Oh and Yveltal. This should be its own bullet
* Expanding Force is an extremely powerful option on Psychic Terrain teams, having a chance to 3HKOs Chansey at +1. Psycho Boost is Deoxys-A’s most powerful Psychic STAB and OHKOes Calm Mind Arceus-Fairy, Defensive Arceus-Water, and wWallbreaker Primal Kyogre at +1 after two layers of Spikes. Mention how it is a good wallbreaking tool in general and Psycho Boost provides Deo-A with a wallbreaking option when Psychic Terrain is not up.
* Focus Blast provides essential coverage against Arceus-Dark and Zacian-C. Shadow Ball and Dark Pulse are both options for coverage against Necrozma-DM. If Deoxys-A is Tera Ghost, Shadow Ball should be chosen for the increased booston?. Otherwise Dark Pulse should be chosen due to its flinch chance.

For Expanding Force, Tera Psychic gives Deoxys-A a chance to 2HKO Chansey with under Psychic Terrain at +1. This Tera is an excellent choice for Psychic Terrain teams, as Deoxys-A no longer needs to fear priority. Reword this. Also mention the downside of Tera Psychic leaving Deoxys-A vulnerable to priority in the endgame when Psychic Terrain may no longer be active.
* Tera Normal prevents Marshadow and Giratina-O from revenge-killing Deoxys-A with Shadow Sneak. Combine this with the bullet on on Tera Ghost.
* As Deoxys-A is a potent breaker even without a +1 boost, it does not need to use Meteor Beam until the prime opportunity for a sweep, such as when its checks in Yveltal or Ho-Oh have been baited in.

* Glimmora is an excellent teammate for Deoxys-A, as the entry hazard it provides eases sweeping. In addition, Toxic Spikes is able to cripple Arceus-Dark, which Deoxys-A can lose toReword this. The focus should be on the chip damage bringing Arceus-Dark within range of Focus Blast. In return, Deoxys-A is able to threaten common Defoggers such as Ho-Oh and Yveltal. Smeargle and Shuckle can be used instead to provide Sticky Web, as this greatly aids teammates such as Primal Kyogre, Eternatus, Lunala, and Basculegion that are used on teamstyles Deoxys-A is commonly found on.

Ready for second look. Changed order of Tera types so that Ghost and Normal flow together.
