When focus punch is made into All-out-pummeling you can still have your focus broken, causing you to not act and lose your Z-move if hit. I was told that's not what happens on cartridge, so thought I should report it.

It still sorta works, if you outspeed them it goes off fine, you'll focus but then all-out-pummeling before they act. Doesn't help much with buzzwole, but maybe for something else it'd still work well

Showdown, it may be an issue with the sim. I have had my focus broken and lost my z-move because of it on my Buzzwole.

Thanks, though the reason I was unsure was that some moves still carry over their effects. (Ex. Focus Punch still requires focus and is lost when hit, even as All-out-pummeling.)

So I decided to try fightinium-z on subpunch Buzzwole, but apparently Focus Punch is like the only attack that carries over it's effects from the regular move... Only one I can find, anyways. Still occasionally viable, but losing your Z-move because you got hit is unfortunate. If you outspeed...

First off, thanks for this set, I stole it and love it. However, I'm considering running fightinium-z instead for the super-strong all-out-pummeling from focus punch. It seems great for when you can't set up a sub but still need a massive fighting hit, if you outspeed something and don't want...

Do priority moves made into z moves still have priority? (Ex. Icium-Z weavile ice shard subzero slammer against a faster mon, would it still go first?)
