Hasn't Koko always been like that? I don't see what has changed for it to warrant a rise, it really isn't on the same level as Zygarde, Lele, Celesteela and the Super Greninja Brothers, it's special attack is pretty piss weak and it really struggles to kill stuff without using electric moves...

Question, is the reason why gengar's viability didn't change that much even after losing Levitate was because that most earthquake users in the tier had other ways of killing gengar, i.e Garchomp could just Dragon Claw, Drill had Moldbreaker etc?
