Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
do g-max moves scale with the attack in the same way max moves do or do they have a fixed BP?
also, does every g-max move do damage or are there some non-offensive ones?
z-trick room avoids taunt and having a steel typing is neato burrito in the realm of being a TR setter that doesn't fear megagross
blessing and a curse though because you still fear aegis but also zard, so i'd say C+ is pretty apt for zong
it's not the new player turn timer i'm referring to, it's simply the fact that the player playing against chansey can fairly easily KO the 3 pokemon brought with chansey and continually rotate them around to avoid scaling toxic damage, which will invariably run the timer and cause chansey to...
Scrafty: B
I think Scrafty's niche on teams with Zard-Y/Stakataka/Cresselia as a core cannot be understated, but Moonblast/Dazzling Gleam is a move that's present on nearly every single team now and I really think that hurts Scrafty's viability as a defensive Pokemon if all of Tapu Lele, Fini...
also i'd push mega metagross to A+, it's currently the third most popular mega on ladder atm. (charizard-y #1, kang #2)
megagross is seeing conditions it didn't see in 2015, notably the inclusion of lele protecting it from priority, the reduction of sucker punch's BP and parental bond's nerf...
i'd put hawlucha as a solid B-, certainly one of the better niche picks
psychic seed + unburden and hawlucha's ludicrous speed after the boost means that you can focus your EVs almost entirely on bulk and power, and hawlucha has a lot of good high BP options in acrobatics and superpower, but...
triple post don't @ me
if you're considering using bisharp as a way to beat cresselia, aegislash, and landorus-t, why not just use z-move hydreigon which hits just as hard from the special side, has better speed, bulk, and better coverage
kang ohkos you through sash with low kick, zard melts you with flamethrower, lele blocks your sucker and then does 84% min with a non-item boosted moonblast (meaning you just insta gib if it's life orb) and sucker doesn't do significant damage to anything without the defiant boost. i'm not sure...
is collecting the totem stickers to change pokemon into their giant totem counterparts purely a cosmetic change or does it affect weight ergo things like grass knot/heavy slam?
where would Larvitar (C) fall? obtainable from the celadon game corner at lv 40, which means you can immediately evolve it upon the next level up (or keep it larvitar until 50 for earthquake via levelup)
larvitar's level up movepool is pretty impressive, it comes with rock slide straightaway...
