It's better to spam too much than forget important stuff :] I'm GMT+3, I usually prefer to play before my 11PM and I really don't know if I can wake up early enough to play at your 10PM. I actually didn't know/remember about tier shifts and I think it just Gurdurr and Trevenant dropping to NU (pls correct if I'm wrong), so I think I would be fine with both metagames.

Yeah it's just Gurdurr and Trevenant! I can probably play in an hour or so, I'll let you know! I'm travelling right now so everything is wonky, but with any luck we can find the time to battle in the coming days :) today may be my chance to play before your 11PM, I'll shoot you a message when I'm able to play!
