A stationary legend is the easiest, since it's higher levelled so that you can calibrate your profile first with it, and then catch it. Are you doing this on BW or BW2? If you're doing it on BW, that's much more easy than on BW2 since BW2 has a lot of problems with fluctuating timer0s.
