Electric Check

Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 200 Def / 60 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

While Electric will pretty much beat Azumarill for the most part, Rotom-Wash should be the first line of defense against it's setup, considering that the ability to burn Azumarill will be key to weakening/stopping it, as well as Volt switching to pivot out into another mon to hinder it even further.

0 SpA Rotom-Wash Volt Switch vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Azumarill: 188-224 (55.1 - 65.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after burn damage

+6 252+ Atk Huge Power burned Azumarill Play Rough vs. 248 HP / 200+ Def Rotom-Wash: 255-300 (84.1 - 99%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def

- Transform

It's a Ditto; you really can't get any simpler than that. Cripple Azu down to a point to where you can safely bring in Ditto and use the stat boosts against it (assuming it gets the chance)

Submissions for this week have ended, and the next victim will be up soon, tagging Acast to merge this with the index thread.

Celesteela @ Flyinium Z
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Air Slash
- Fire Blast
- Giga Drain
- Autotomize

Celesteela, while not having the greatest offensive presence or speed for a setup sweeper, can still rely on its great natural bulk and defensive typing to find safe setup opportunities, while also using it to avoid revenge kills. Its solid coverage and Beast Boost can also allow it to snowball effectively.

Jellicent @ Leftovers
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 248 HP / 248 SpD / 12 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

- Scald
- Toxic

252 SpA Celesteela Supersonic Skystrike (140 BP) vs. 248 HP / 248+ SpD Jellicent: 139-165 (34.4 - 40.9%) -- 56.4% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 SpA Celesteela Giga Drain vs. 248 HP / 248+ SpD Jellicent: 102-120 (25.3 - 29.7%) -- 0% chance to 4HKO after Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Jellicent Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Celesteela: 76-90 (22.6 - 26.8%) -- 29.4% chance to 4HKO

Jellicent survives 2 giga drains and a supersonic skystrike. It can disable giga drain which then celesteela loses the recovery so jellicent can ko it.

Flying & Steel Counter

The Celesteela set is countered by itself. Specially Defensive Celesteela will always be able to switch in on Fire Blast even after Stealth Rock, and proceed to stall it out with Leech Seed and its own Flamethrower.

252 SpA Celesteela Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Celesteela: 150-178 (37.6 - 44.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

0 SpA Celesteela Flamethrower vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Celesteela: 136-162 (40.5 - 48.3%) -- 66% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 136 SpD / 120 Spe
Timid Nature
- Discharge
- Roost
- Toxic
- Substitute

Celesteela can't scratch Zapdos too much with its moves, even if Stealth Rock is in the field, Zapdos can recover the damage and 2HKO it with Discharge

252+ SpA Celesteela Supersonic Skystrike (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 136 SpD Zapdos: 103-122 (26.8 - 31.7%) -- 55.4% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

252+ SpA Celesteela Giga Drain vs. 252 HP / 136 SpD Zapdos: 37-44 (9.6 - 11.4%) -- possibly the worst move ever

Water check

Kingdra @ Choice Specs
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Draco Meteor
- Ice Beam
- Surf

Kingdra outspeeds a +2 Celesteela under rain and can proceed to obliterate it with Hydro Pump or Surf (There is a reaaaaaally small chance Surf can't OHKO Celesteela though)

252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Celesteela in Rain: 355-418 (105.9 - 124.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ SpA Choice Specs Kingdra Surf vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Celesteela in Rain: 289-342 (86.2 - 102%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

Water hard check

Mantine @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 SpD
Calm Nature
- Scald
- Defog
- Roost
- Haze

Only Supersonic Skystrike, then Air Slash with Stealth Rock in the field and some prior damage can actually take down Mantine, but otherwise, Mantine can Roost stall it, and use Scald to create chip but effective damage. Haze is useful if Celesteela has actually some special attack boosts from Beast Boost, but I wouldn't use it to just remove Autotomize boosts

252+ SpA Celesteela Supersonic Skystrike (140 BP) vs. 252 HP / 16+ SpD Mantine: 147-174 (39.3 - 46.5%)
252+ SpA Celesteela Air Slash vs. 252 HP / 16+ SpD Mantine: 79-94 (21.1 - 25.1%)

Factoring Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery that'd add a total (79.15 - 90.35%) of total damage so Mantine is actually safe

Mantine Damage Output

0 SpA Mantine Scald vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Celesteela: 72-85 (21.4 - 25.3%) -- 99.6% chance to 4HKO after Stealth Rock

This isn't something Celesteela can beat 1v1. M-Latias' incredible bulk with Substitute/Tbolt and Calm Mind to negate SpA boosts, Dragon typing to resist FB, Levitate to ignore EQ, on top of reliable recovery make it so that the only way Celesteela beats this is through a crit or Air Slash flinches. Gallade-Mega @ Galladite
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Zen Headbutt
- Close Combat
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak

Mega Gallade is among one of the best megas available to Psychic teams and a rather important staple pick on Fighting teams. With Swords Dance, it becomes a devastating wallbreaker that is largely difficult to handle defensively, and its great Speed tier and access to priority can make it difficult to revenge kill as well.

Pretty self-explanatory. Mega Aerodactyl is capable of outspeeding and almost always KOing Mega Gallade with a Tough Claws boosted Aerial Ace. It can even survive a +2 Shadow Sneak if necessary:

I'll take Doublade (Steel), M-Sableye (Dark) and M-Slowbro (Water and Psychic). I'll write them up later today.

Steel Counter

Doublade @ Eviolite
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Iron Head
- Sacred Sword

Doublade's typing (especially being immune to Fighting-type moves) and physical bulk is what makes it such a good M-Gallade counter, which can prove to be very valuable for Steel monoteams (even Skarmory is OHKOed after SR at when at +2). In fact, M-Gallade needs two SDs to possibly 2HKO Doublade, while Doublade needs a single SD to OHKO it back (both with Shadow Sneak). Also, if M-Gallade were to have taken some prior damage (about 27%) and KOed one of Doublade's teammate with Close Combat, Doublade can effectively revenge kill it with Shadow Sneak due to the Defense stat decrease.
252 Atk Gallade-Mega Zen Headbutt vs. 240 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Doublade: 37-44 (11.5 - 13.7%) -- possible 8HKO
252 Atk Gallade-Mega Shadow Sneak vs. 240 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Doublade: 50-60 (15.6 - 18.8%) -- possible 6HKO
+4 252 Atk Gallade-Mega Shadow Sneak vs. 240 HP / 0 Def Eviolite Doublade: 146-174 (45.7 - 54.5%) -- 53.5% chance to 2HKO (96.1% chance to 2HKO after SR)

252+ Atk Doublade Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gallade-Mega: 134-162 (48.3 - 58.4%) -- 95.7% chance to 2HKO
252+ Atk Doublade Shadow Sneak vs. -1 0 HP / 0 Def Gallade-Mega: 204-240 (73.6 - 86.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+2 252+ Atk Doublade Shadow Sneak vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gallade-Mega: 270-318 (97.4 - 114.8%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO (guaranteed OHKO after SR)

Dark Counter

Sableye @ Sablenite
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 HP / 112 Def / 144 SpD
Careful Nature
- Knock Off
- Will-O-Wisp
- Foul Play
- Recover

Much like Doublade, M-Sableye's typing and physical bulk tremendously helps it to counter Fighting-type mons like M-Gallade (for Dark teams). What's more is that M-Sableye is actually immune to both of M-Gallade's STAB moves, leaving it vulnerable to Shadow Sneak only, which does pitiful damage. Moreover, M-Sableye's access to Will-O-Wisp and Recover enables it wall M-Gallade back and forth, even at +6! Finally, M-Sableye's Foul Play actually OHKOes M-Gallade after the latter sets up a SD. Basically, M-Gallade cannot remotely do something significant against Dark monoteams as long as M-Sableye is alive (except maybe lure it and double on the predicted switch, but the player does that, not M-Gallade).
252 Atk Gallade-Mega Shadow Sneak vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Sableye-Mega: 39-47 (12.8 - 15.4%) -- possible 7HKO
+6 252 Atk Gallade-Mega Shadow Sneak vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Sableye-Mega: 157-185 (51.6 - 60.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+6 252 Atk burned Gallade-Mega Shadow Sneak vs. 252 HP / 112 Def Sableye-Mega: 78-92 (25.6 - 30.2%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

+2 0 Atk Sableye-Mega Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gallade-Mega: 387-456 (139.7 - 164.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Water / Psychic Counter

Slowbro @ Slowbronite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 216 Def / 40 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Slack Off
- Calm Mind

Even though M-Slowbro is the only one among my three nomination that isn't immune to one/both of M-Gallade's STAB moves, its monstrous physical bulk is enough to keep M-Gallade at bay. Its strongest move, Close Combat does less than 17% when unboosted and almost never 2HKOes when at +4 (without SR). In return, M-Slowbro's Psyshock 2HKOes at +1 or unboosted if M-Gallade is at -1 and OHKOes it at +3, at +2 if M-Gallade is at -1, at +1 if it's at -2, or even unboosted if it's at -3 and below. Finally, M-Slowbro's reliable recovery in Slack Off greatly helps it to continually counter physically based threats such as M-Gallade.
252 Atk Gallade-Mega Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 216+ Def Slowbro-Mega: 56-66 (14.2 - 16.7%) -- possible 6HKO

Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Mega Charizard X is among one of the more threatening setup sweepers in the metagame. Its already fantastic Attack combined with Tough Claws makes its STAB attacks incredibly difficult to switch into, especially after a Dragon Dance. Defensively, it's near impossible to counter, and thanks to Dragon Dance it can outspeed many would-be revenge killers.

Flying Check

Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 228 Def / 28 SpD
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Knock Off

Lando-T's Intimidate lowers M-ZardX's Atk, which can even turn the former into a situatinal switch-in against the latter (on a predicted Dragon Claw against Mantine, for example). Also, even when uninvested, Lando-T's Earthquake can OHKO M-ZardX (especially after prior damage from Flare Blitz recoil, SR, Rocky Helmet, etc.). Finally, Lando-T plays a key role against Fire monoteams (in which M-ZardX is (not always) found) in setting up SR, which greatly deteriorates M-ZardX's and its teammates' lifespan.

Water Hard Check

Swampert @ Swampertite
Ability: Damp
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Roar

Defensive M-Swampert has all the tools it needs to reliably check M-ZardX: a typing that provides a resistance to M-ZardX's Flare Blitz, great physical bulk, a phazing option in Roar, the possibility of setting up SR (always useful against Fire monoteams) and, finally, a STAB move that can OHKO M-ZardX despite being uninvested. Swampert can even hold Leftovers if you wish to use another Mega in your team; it'll perform about just as well as its Mega counterpart against M-ZardX (I simply chose to nominate M-Swampert for its superior bulk).

Ditto @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Imposter
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Transform

Simply put, the mere presence of Ditto discourages M-ZardX of setting up, as when it KOes one of Ditto's teammates, it simply comes on the field, copies M-ZardX (and its stat boosts), outspeeds and OHKOes it (and, if possible, it'll sweep the rest of M-ZardX's team).

Dragon Check

Latios @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Psyshock
- Draco Meteor
- Trick/Ice Beam
- Defog

Self explanitory: Scarf Latios pressures Zard X with a DD up to swap, as it is under threat of being revenge killed by a Draco (assuming you land it)

252 SpA Latios Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Charizard-Mega-X: 488-576 (164.3 - 193.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO

Fairy Check

Diancie-Mega @ Diancite
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Moonblast
- Diamond Storm
- Hidden Power [Fire]/Psychic
- Earth Power

Mega Diancie is already a giant pain in the ass for Fire to handle, and in a 1v1 scenario, Diancie still dominates. Char has to have a DD up and to be at full HP in order to stand a chance against this, but it's going to be difficult.

4 Atk Diancie-Mega Diamond Storm vs. 0 HP / 4 Def Charizard-Mega-X: 296-350 (99.6 - 117.8%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO

252 SpA Diancie-Mega Earth Power vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Charizard-Mega-X: 262-310 (88.2 - 104.3%) -- 25% chance to OHKO
