huge glowup since wc I think inh is by far his best tier and he's the most safe pick if u want a consistent player who will win

gary is the ladder goat builds some of the best teams and is very up to date with meta (I think he established like half our current meta)

Unlikely to be slotted into this tier considering comanager but has the bh experience to build and pilot teams if necessary

Fc -
Unlikely to be into this tier but has shown through recent tours that they are capable of piloting teams in the meta well.

Ivar57 -
Unlikely to be slotted into this tier but through tournament results they are easily capable of building and piloting strong builds and is quite familiar with the meta.

Quantum Tesseract -
Somewhat unlikely to be slotted into this tier but QT is extremely consistent albeit possibly too consistent with their builds (which could be an exploitable thing), highly familiar with meta, good playing abilities. Likes to gg 20 turns before game actually ends.

RoFnA -
Potential to be slotted into this tier, strong player capable of building and piloting a variety of team styles, notably probably one of the more offensive players, which could be a good or bad thing.

TTTech -
Highly likely to be slotted into this tier unless they purposely want to dodge, should be significantly scarier than last year if mental holds with their greatly increased teamstyle variety and tournament experiences. Still has some notable teambuilding tendencies but most people do, can also be relatively easily tilted by certain rng factors in game.

xavgb -
Unlikely to be slotted into this tier but can very likely pilot effectively teams with their capability and past bh experiences

Tier 1 - Solo Starter Tier - Starter level players that require minimal support

Probably the best builder right now, very familiar with meta and highly creative yet sound builds spanning a variety of team styles. As of right now is likely the best + most expensive player to pick up. Will note that they do often have pretty one-sided games and also likes to admit defeat before game is over.

I think they are not signing up. They signed up.

Picked up the tier kind of recently but has demonstrated their capability to build quality teams and shouldn't require much support. Did make some dubious plays in some recent games.

XxLazzerpenguinxX -
Hasn't been involved with the meta for a while now (though has been playing NDBH in the meantime so not rusty playwise) but should be able to quickly adapt. Strong creative builds strong player lots of experience not much to say.

Tier 2 - Starter Tier - Starter level players that likely need some support for various reasons

I know me putting myself here doesn't mean much but I am putting myself here anyways because I don't want to be solo player and would like someone that can also play for some of the weeks!

Clas -
Probably not getting slotted into this tier but has plenty of building and playing experience. High potential due to external reasons (particularly against a certain Guzzler) but also does have possibility of bringing dubious builds, hence could use some support to make sure they don't do that. Also likes to gg 20 turns before game actually ends (as well as just typing a lot during game).

damflame 3 -
Afaik they have been regularly playing the tier this gen but not super active in terms of building recently. Still they have the metagame knowledge and past experience should be easily sufficient provided some support

Marsopa Trump & Test Rex - T2
Previously inactive player who appears to be getting back into the meta recently. Has tours experience and strong capability in previous bh metas so should be a strong contender. Will need to practice using Imposter more though in this meta.

rightclicker -
Newer BH main that claimed they were never doing a tour again after open and then proceeded to sign up. Very active overall and has shown promising builds and plays + understanding. The main issue would be a lack of tours experience (upside is likely cheaper cost) so having support from either managers or other players would be crucial. Also can work as a secondary starter or great support option due to up to date meta knowledge.

Sulo -
Picked up the tier kind of recently but has expressed interest and picked up rather fast, had a decent run in Open, should have enough build play capabilities and metagame understanding to start.

Tea Guzzler -
Everyone knows Tea Guzzler. Pack support with strong metagame knowledge to pick the right team for them. Very important.

The Guy Who Has Many Alts - T2
Aka Hallward. Active talker in bh channel, strong performance in ghosting tour performance, big innovator of sets. Generally known for their "Big Stall" and fat builds/ideas but similar to tttech is completely capable of building other structures. Support recommended to make sure they don't go too crazy with some ideas.

tzaur - T2
They have interesting build ideas, should be pretty familiar with the meta (despite the appeared inactivity), and has playing experience from last year and wc.

willdbeast -
I think they can be in tier 1 but idk. Has always been a strong player with scary builds and this time they are reasonably familiar with the meta considering their performance in world cup.

Tier 3 - Support Tier - Capable players to supplement T3+ players and also provide good sub role

aerobee -
Ngl I don't think I have seen them play but they are good at ph and that can't be too different from bh right.

BoingK -
I actually don't know how involved they are with the tier recently but has a degree of understanding which helps pick up the tier considerably faster. Can definitely play the tier but likely needs reasonable build support.

Codename C.A.T -
Afaik they haven't touched the tier in a while but they have played earlier this gen. Also a case of can play but likely needs reasonable build support.

I'm pretty sure they have not been involved for a long time now and might not be slotted in but if caught back up to the meta and has building support etc should be more than capable to build/play.

I don't think they have played much since wc but they did start in wc with tttech support and claimed a game off akira (i think? replays gone) and iirc almost won against sevag, which is pretty good.

Very vocal player with a high desire to be drafted. Biggest flaw gameplay wise is being completely unproven (albeit can be helped by tryouts and stuff). Builds seem reasonably sound and high activity can be desirable for test support.

Solid player that has the capability to start and is only here because I think they haven't been super involved lately compared to the players in T2. Has a fair amount of experience in bh tours.

Nihilslave - T3
Very likely not signing up and even if they do will not be playing but can be a very interesting support option for some players.

Shay's Fate - T3
Not a lot of tour experience outside of one round of ghosting tour, but has very consistent results on bh ladders (seems to be actively laddering too) and generally good understanding of meta.

Some other guys that had performance in Open/Ghosting/Money tours - I think most are inactive
