So pretty much my only option is to keep soft reseting until i get extremely lucky or just go get another wondercard and hope its a 3IV one- thepinsirexpress

Why isn't Diancie guaranteed 3 IVS? because i have been soft reseting for hours and the most i have gotten is 2 IVs and this is starting to get frustrating- thepinsirexpress
