2 things. 1. Gamefreak has no reason to care about the state of OU. 2. They're definitely releasing them soon, and based on when the prizes for previous competitions have been distributed, it's probably gonna be early-mid July.

So, Lopunnite, Galladite, and Gardevoirite are all going to be a thing sometime in July. Is there any point in talking about those now, or should we wait until their release is closer?

Okay, so why would I ever use it over Smeargle, who has a larger movepool and Spore? I'm not sure it has enough advantages over Smeargle to be higher than C. That said, I don't actually use it, so I could be wrong there.
