If you're still resetting for rayquaza, using sableye is better. Air balloon can check his speed and pain split can check his HP.

For legendaries with abilities like pressure(ex. kyogre), why not just use a staraptor for checking the speed too? With 1 speed less than 31IV speed on staraptor, you will know that the legendary has the correct speed IVs if intimidate goes second. I need one please
