I just spent some time sending out Charmanders, got mixed results. A perfect IV Timid Ralts, a Protean Froakie and Adamant Goomey were worth the trash though.

With the double-type-attacks confirmed, can we spare a thought for poor Parasect? Talonflame uses Flame Charge - Flying/Fire, defining characteristic is its speed Flying AND Fire against a Pokemon thats 4x weak to both. Now add Sunlight, and you cripple poor Parasect even more...

This was the typing matchup of Fairy according to Pokebeach (Who so far has consistently been proven right) Fairy will be a new type. It is weak to Poison and Steel, immune to Dragon, super effective against Dragon, Dark, and Fighting, and Fire and Psychic-type Pokemon take half damage from it...

That, and you'd think that given Team Preview, Ditto's impact on OU will be less then in DW OU where he's actually a surprise. Now you will simply know he's there, which makes it easier to play around him.

Why is everybody ignoring the fact that we now got Sniper Beedrill running around with Drill Run? That's some wack stuff right there, sure to tear up the PU tier...

I'd probably always run Earth Power. The only thing in OU that resists Dragon/Ice/Ground is Bronzong, and he isn't that common. Blizzard/Ice Beam coming from him already hits some of the premier Steels pretty hard since they are hit neutral (Read: Ferrothorn and Skarmory) and Earth Power should...

I find it amusing that the one Poke who can both Smash AND use Stored Power isn't even mentioned here. He can even use Baton Pass as well, and leave a moveslot free for Taunt or Spore to allow himself to set up. 'Course, with said poke being Smeargle...alright, nevermind.
